Understanding Our Terms and Conditions
At Sunriver Snow Service, our goal is to keep your property safe, accessible, and well-maintained throughout the winter season. To ensure clear expectations and protect both our customers and our company, please review the following policies that apply to all services. 1. Scope of Service We provide snow removal for driveways, walkways, and parking areas as defined in your service plan. Services do not include roofs, decks, or unlisted areas unless agreed to in writing. Snow removal reduces accumulation but does not guarantee completely bare or ice-free surfaces. 2. Service Timing We respond to snow events based on severity, timing of snowfall, and route schedules. No exact service time is guaranteed. We make every reasonable effort to clear your property promptly, with priority given to Premium and contracted customers. 3. Customer Responsibilities To help us provide safe and efficient service, customers must: Remove vehicles, trash bins, and other obstacles from service areas. Clearly mark hazards such as curbs, sprinkler heads, decorative items, or uneven surfaces. Notify us of pre-existing property damage before service begins. 4. Limitations Surfaces may still be slippery after service. Customers remain responsible for applying de-icer, sand, or additional treatments if needed. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, curbs, asphalt, pavers, gravel, or items hidden under snow. We are not liable for slips, trips, or falls on treated or untreated surfaces. 5. Payment & Contracts Payment is due as outlined in your selected service plan (Premium, Monthly, or First Available). Prepaid or seasonal contracts are non-refundable once the season begins. Service may be paused or terminated for late or non-payment. 6. Indemnity By using our services, customers agree to hold Sunriver Snow Service harmless from any claims or damages resulting from the use of their property during or after snow removal, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our team. 7. Weather & Equipment Delays We work hard to serve every customer, but extreme storms, hazardous road conditions, or equipment breakdowns may cause unavoidable delays. We appreciate your patience during peak weather events. 8. Governing Law All services are provided in accordance with Oregon law.
